As a whole third grade, we have started a behavior chart, in which the students fill it out each day on their behavior throughout the day. Recess now has a behavior room as well as a work room for any missed homework assignments.
Homework Policy
Homework will be checked on a daily basis. Students that do not turn in the homework assignment will be given one extra day to turn in the assignment for half credit. Homework grades will be given based on the completion of the assignment. A completed assignment will receive full credit. Late/missing assignments will not receive full credit. Repetitive missing assignments could result in the loss of privileges, such as a portion of recess or finishing work at the quiet lunch table.
